Just received a letter with ID ***I also received a VM regarding this that I recently listened to as wellI am so so sorry and take full responsibilityIve been dealing with a hard family loss, and have been a little checked out, and have had to take some time awayWe have had to sort of
patch-work coverage of the past or weeks and am just getting back into the swing of thingsThe concerns outlined in the complaint we are addressing right away, but specifically we are having a new shirt made up that should go out next week(Ive asked around and as far as I can tell didn't receive the return, nor do we have anywhere at the storeBut we would most definitely replace it regardless!) We definitely want to refund the purchase as wellWe can do that digitally with the credit card information, or include a check with the shirt
Again, just feel sick about this, and sorry it wasn't handled better
