Our company originally agreed to purchase (as a trial) of Do-Write Imaging's ink productsAfter that time the terms, price, frequency and longevity of the service terms were not made clearThe agents/salespeople call to confirm a shipment that our company never ordered and would send a bill with each new non-ordered shipmentThis type of service is not acceptableI called the company and asked for our past invoices and information and the person I spoke with in billing said that he did not have access to that information and could only send me the most recent statementThat is not acceptableThey also record your calls without consentWhen asked about the order confirmation that directed me to audio phone call transcripts instead of any other confirmationThe transcripts do not confirm orders, receipt or contractual obligations
The calls from this company to collect are aggressive and accusatory as wellIt is a nuisance

Do-Write Imaging sold me Toner for Printer, sent to my business to review INK at no charge If I was unhappy I would have the option to return the unused Portion I had no issues, Paid the Invoice and I was a happy Camper
