Very poor customer service. When the owner called me at 8:30 AM after I had left a message to cancel my subscription she immediately started to attack me and yell at me. She stated that she "didn't give a [redacted] if I cancelled that they basically give their service away for free". She stated this saying that I was already going to report her to the Revdex.com before she returned my phone call, which was not true. The lady was extremely rude, I had never been talked to like that by a customer service rep before. The owner never asked me how she could solve the issue, or how she could be of my assistance, she just immediately started ranting and raving. She also yelled at me "Why didn't you send me an email?", when I had told her that I called a few months back and no one returned my message. BEWARE, if you are cancelling a subscription the owner is very rude, yells and curses on the phone.Product_Or_Service: DO2LEARN subscriptionDesired SettlementI would like to have the months after I called to cancel the subscription the first time refunded, as I did not need or use the program. Business Response This individual is a student whose instructor "required" her to buy our product for a course.She felt this was unfair and was angry at us when she called to cancel her order. We respond to all emails and phone messages within one business day. We responded to this customer the same day she left a message and cancelled her account immediately as she requested. We have no email or phone records of the customer ever contacting us before this one phone call. The customer claims she did not use the product, but our database showed she logged into the product and used it for months. Since it was required for her course, the usage would be expected.At no time did we ever make the statements she claims in the phone call. However, we do not approve of anyone being required against their will to buy our services. We have removed the low-cost monthly subscription this student purchased from our product list in the hope that this does not occur again. If BB can obtain the name of the teacher who required this student to order our product, we would be glad to contact the teacher directly also to request that she no longer force students to use our material.Sincerely,Do2learn
