The vehicle [redacted] inquired about did get sold from the time he inquired about it and when he came inThat in itself was not the issue, the issue is the credit app which he did on line, which initiates the inquiry on his credit report we don't do that, he is unemployed and his co maker is on ssi so they don't qualify for a loanThere is not much we could do to resolve the situation unless they pay cash for a vehicle

I have spoken to individual and agree based on his experience he was entitled to a full refund of $which will be returned to him

There is quite a bit of incorrect information in this complaint, we don't request to pull someone's credit unless they are interested in a vehicle, we don't do or ever do soft pullsThe wife signed her husbands name to the credit application
and admitted in doing so to meThe income was changed based on information that was given to us on why her income was so low, and the response was she was going back to work full timeThese customers requested a meeting, and in such meeting, made accusations, threatened lawsuits, attorney generalRevdex.com, and a complaint to *** *** unless we gave them $75,We declined

Attached is a detailed overview of what has taken place on our end service relatedI would also like to add that the original customer concern of a speaker not working is not a covered item by law, but as a customer satisfaction measure for goodwill, that is something we did take care of at no
expense to the customerI personally do not recall ever speaking to *** in regards to her request that she wanted to return the vehicle and if I did, that would have been something typically that would have been answered with' For the minor concerns she had, a speaker inop and a rattle originally, that would not have been an option" It is a *** with 99,miles on itTo the best of our service records, all concerns have been addressed, if something is still outstanding, we would be glad to honor whatever within the law we have toMike SGeneral Manager

We are not interested in debating what he said she said, There is no law that requires proof of ID when filing out a credit app, in addition we trust what people tell us is accurate, we have no reason to believe otherwiseWe also are still not interested in their request of $75,in order for them not to go the Revdex.com and the Attorney General as they stated to me

I will contact the customer to resolveI was unaware of the situation at this timeIf refunding the rustproofing package is the resolve, we will consider that, I just am not sure that is the issueIf the vehicle has paint defects, that has nothing to do with rust proofing or gloss treatment
Certainly our goal is to satisfy the customer

Even though I did sign.my husband's name because I was convinced it was okay to do it was still illegal for them to run his credit knowing he wasn't there to say it was okay they also had no proof like identification that it was even me signing they just had me email them my signature and said sign for your husband too also they changed my income on the loan applications when I never said I was working full time I haven't worked full time in years I'm not sure where that lie came up either way they did not have my permission to change any of my application

There seems to be a few misunderstandings in regards to this specific refund, regardless, the check was sent out on 10/14/2015.? Thank You

Doan changed my income on all applications they sent
