This law firm gives me different information every time I talk to them, send me mail with incorrect addresses, and give me "I don't know" anytime I ask a question on their legitimacy Unfortunately, the first time I talked to them I gave them almost all of my information on my debt so now I am getting letters on garnishments and things that make no sense I have a debt, but it is already being taken care of From the people that I have talked to and the letters I have gotten, this law firm is either a big, fat scam or the most unorganized and stupid bunch of lawyers on the planet!!
My client, Salander Enterprises, LLC, is in receipt of your letter dated 3/28/regarding complaint ID [redacted], made my [redacted].

Salander Enterprises placed the account with a collection agency, Collection Associates, Ltd., and that agency reported the account to the credit bureau. The account was forwarded for legal action, and my client has obtained a judgment against Mr[redacted]. The civil judgment shows on the credit bureau report. Each time Mr[redacted] makes a payment, that payment is reported to the credit bureau by the collection agency, and the balance is updated to reflect the current balance of the account. Credit bureau files are updated monthly, and payments are not reported more frequently than that
