They are great customer service to the customer with disabilitiesHowever, several months ago there was a new female employee and she was extremely rude with meI am deaf and I communicate in sign languageI informed the manager about this lady that I complained with her attitude and the manager stated "will address this issues with a new employee"As of today, January 18, at 3:p.m., I saw the same employee who was rude with me and I wanted to have a good relationship with herIt seemed that she has not changed her behaviorShe looked at me like I was rd because I am deaf and I cannot communicate with herI asked her for pen and paper that I can write down to communicate with herShe gave me an evil look and she made me feel unwelcome to the storeI asked her how much do I need to pay and she looked at me "what!?" with bad attitudeI repeatedly asked how much do I need to pay and I asked her to show me an iPad that I can see the total I need to payShe was very awkward with me so I really need to talk with the owner to discuss about sensitive training to ensure that she provides an excellent customer service to those individuals with disabilityEspecially for those ones who is Dagny's loyalty customer and I do not want to see other customers with disability to experience what I went through with herCan you please call me at work and I would like to resolve this issues with you about your employee
