Review: I bought a lawnmower here and they don't want to honor the warranty. I was told by them that their service was unmatched and if I went anywhere else ([redacted]) that I would experience problems. I have called several times since 2013 and they say that they need a deposit and that the turn around is at least 2 weeks. The lawnmower was recommended by them over another because of the motor which is a Honda. I've asked about a squealing noise that happens when you apply the throttle. I've asked why the wheels lock up. I have recently asked why gas is pouring out of the air cleaner recently. I have not misused this mower in any way and I think you should be able to get more than two years without having to buy a new one.They always say that these things "probably" aren't covered and that I will be billed. If I say that isn't a problem , they give me an extremely long turn around time to scare me into not bring it in.I store the lawnmower in my garage and fumes from the gas filled the entire house overnight. I have never had anything like this happen ever! I have to store it on the back patio until they take it so we don't breathe gas fumes in our sleep.Desired Settlement: I would like them to either replace it with a new or comparable model, refund my money or fix everything.
