He may have ordered hearing aids for her in Septemter; however, she picked them up and paid for them on October 2, - and that's the date on her receipt that says she had days to return them. We know nothing about other appointments, except for the one on Dec when Mr*** refused to let her return the hearing aids. He did NOT make earmolds for her - he said he wanted to, but my mom said no the same day - and I called Dec to say so

The answer from *** does not make sense. I don't know what "one month supply" means. We are talking about a $pair of hearing aids. I gave my name and phone number - they should recognize it, because I called several times and got no response from them.I used my mom's address on the complaint - they should have a record of that. Instructions were not to put personally identifiable information in the complaint, so I didn't give my mom's name.I've never heard of *** ***. *** *** is the owner and makes all the decisions.*** ***Complaint #***

She came in on12/2/2016 and told us that she was not hearing as well as she thought she should. We checked out the hearing aids and because of the severity of her loss we suggested to make custom earmolds to give her better sound Quality. We made those impressions for her at no charge. A few days later someone called and said that she did not want the Hearing aids. I called Mrs. [redacted] and she told me that she wanted to come in to talk to me. We set another appointment for her at no charge. in they came, Her daughter, her grand-daughter and Mrs. [redacted]. I explained to them that we needed to make the earmolds for her to hear better than her old hearing aid.

I have done everything to accommodate her, and when she came in for a refund she has gone over her time. I am willing to take care of the Hearing aids for her and also make her earmolds that she ordered in December

Review: My mom purchased a pair of hearing aids for $6000. Her receipt was dated Oct 2, 2015 (the date she took possession of the hearing aids). It said she had 60 days to return them. She tried them out, was not satisfied, and on Dec 2, 2015, had an appointment with Mr. [redacted]. He refused to let her return them.

1/15/16 my mom, myself, and my daughter had an appt. with Mr. [redacted]. He said the date he was going from was in Sept. when he ordered the hearing aids from the company (Widex). He again refused to let her return them.

I feel he took advantage of an elderly person (my mom is 87) and was unfair. She did not have the hearing aids till Oct 2, so how could the 60 days start in Sept? To the best of her ability, she returned them within the time stated on her receipt.Desired Settlement: We want to return the hearing aids for a refund. By the way, one of them is not currently working.
