In response to the complaint filed by [redacted]. Dream Pools would like to formally apologize for the problems and miscommunications that were created between the two of us that lead to this situation. As of today 8/30/2106 we feel have completed the staining issues, appliances have been...

caulked, and the electrical for the house has been resolved. All other issues as communicated between Mr. [redacted] and myself via email over the last several weeks have also been completed. I would also like to mention that although the pebble color was one shade from the selected color we did provide a monetary deduct and additional work as compensation for the mistake to the [redacted]’s that cost Dream pools in excess of the cost to redo the pebble which was also offered to the [redacted]’s. We want the [redacted]’s to know that they have a solid warranty and that we will stand behind the project we constructed for years to come.
