I had to move away from this company because their inability to repair problems with my system (which they installed) Even though I was charged every time I requested a leak repair, most leaks were never resolved leaving me with chronic mucky areas in my yardMy worst experience was a problem with the scrubber valve The system backwashes after it completes the zones The backwash wouldn't shut off and was flooding the lawn I was told the scrubber valve had to be replaced and was charged $ Instead of replacing the valve Dobson removed it, put on a plastic cap and cut the drainage line back Leaving a system that can no longer clean itself

Leaving a system that can no longer clean itself.
