On 12/22/I scheduled a pick up for a dresser,mirror, and chest of drawers originally for 1/3/Due to a death in the family I had to reschedule and called on 12/(as to not inconvenience the current pick up schedule for others) for 1/8/On Thur, I called at 2:52pm (spoke w/***n) to inquire the ETA of the driver and was informed (by the initial call-back from the driver) they would be there within the next 15-minsDriver called back at 3:34pm and said he was lost and in the Mountain Brook area and requested (much to my dismay) to reschedule again for 1/9/On Fri, I missed the driver's call (x2) at 9:35am***n called & left a voicemail at 9:38am to get directions AGAIN (which I previously provided the day before with the driver)I called back at 10:42am and gave directions AGAIN to ***n to relay to the driver and now as of 3:12pm still no pick upMy day(s) have been interrupted with no regard for my previously schedule errands and I'm very dissatisfied with this serviceI will never use or recommend this to anyone
My wife and I enjoy shopping at your Decatur store and like to support but this store is horrible dirty, toy section, office and ect., always in disarray, you can not get around due to things all over the floorsMessy, don't know if we will go back
