Review: I visited this restaurant for my first time ever, this evening (04/11/2015). I will never return.Upon arrival I stated that I would have to leave in 1 hour and 15 minutes, the waiter said I had plenty of time. I ordered a 6 ounce filet, well well done, with no pink at all (this was specified at least 3 times., 3 grilled shrimp, and cheese fries. I sat there for a little over an hour, when they finally decided to bring out my food. The only thing edible was the shrimp valued at $7.50. The fries were over cooked and tasted like they were fried in old oil, my steak was delivered to me medium rare. The waiter took the steak back, when it was brought out to me again, it was medium well done, I had to get a to go box since I needed to leave, they only discounted my check by $7.50, I should have only paid $7.50. The manager was unwilling to make any further adjustments, so I paid $30.50 for only being able to eat 3 shrimp. I paid in cash and was not given a copy of my receipt, but I sat at table 51/2 and had an order number of 30016. I am truly disappointed as I thought this establishment was supposed to be upscale. My waiter's name was [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would hope they do the right thing and offer me a complete refund as my experience was absolutely horrible. If they do not wish to give me a refund, Then I would expect a complete meal completely cooked and on the house.
