diagnosis on Friday I would have called but since he was told on Thursday it was plus parts and he brought it back we completed the jobI have never run my business taking advantage of anyone weather they are a vet or not

Was never told that the quote was without the parts priceWhy would you even call it a quote if it isn't a complete estimate of all parts and services? You should just say I don't know what I will charge you as that is a more truthful statementThat being said who on earth would charge $for a rebuilt alternator and believe that's a fair price?
