Doc's Drain Cleaning

Doc's Drain Service has come to my home a couple of times now, and each time they've been highly professional, knowledgeable, and extremely competent! I had a backed up sewer on a recent Sunday and a small flood in my basement. I called Doc's and they arrived at my house 10 minutes later. They brought a plumber's snake that reached to the alley, and had us back in business in nothing flat. They worked to clear the clog and made sure all was well before leaving. I highly recommend this business to all!!

Worse place to get services done I do not recommend anyone to go here They are the rudest people I have ever encountered The guy that showed up was so rude wasn't even licensed to work was cussing around kids and ended messing around under my sink yanking on hoses cutting pipes and caused a leak and that's not even where the problem was it was under the house the guy came into my mothers house being very rude and ran out running his mouth And its not just the owner but his wife is very rude but all she does is answers phones Customer Service is very important running a business and they have none

We had met the Owner of the Company twice when we had our home inspected also at our old place for a sewer issuesWe had a plumbing issue over the weekend that a gentleman named Barry came out on SaturdayWhen he came out he basically did nothing physical to hep our situation and kept saying well aren't you gonna pay me which I wish we didn'tHe would make comments his old lady was waiting for himOh we basically did all the work so he could back on Sunday to clean upHe did come back on Sunday only to complain about the company and his jobWe do feel he broke a pipe on purpose and once again he didn't do anything physical and made a mess in my houseWe had to call another plumbing company to actually to complete the job which is sadI honestly wouldn't recommend Barry and if you do get him send him away

I recently had some plumbing done by Doc's drain serviceThey were very professional from start to finishThey showed up on timeThey kept their work area very cleanThey worked pretty fast and they charged a very fair rate for the services I receivedI feel very fortunate to have found these guys and plan to stick with them in the future when more plumbing is neededI highly recommend their services for any plumbing situations
