All your repair services was clearly explained and mutually agreed upon before services were rendered to assure your knowledge and comfort level. The repair services were successfully completed in a timely fashion. To date, we have not received payment.
Since we value your business, I would like to setup a mutually agreeable payment plan to settle the over-due balance. A representative from our company will contact you within 5–7 business days to further discuss these arrangements.
