Scammers
STAY AWAY - they took my money, did not do anything and now I switched providers and learned I am eligible for full loan forgiveness! SCAMMERS! Ryan is a liar

My student loans were insane! ( like all student loans are). I was drowning and Docinaid came in to help. I was shocked to find out that there were programs that have been available for over 10 years which can help students with overwhelming Federal student debt funded by the DOE. Docinaid not only opened my eyes to an amazing opportunity but has also facilitated the whole process of getting me enrolled into the program. Now I'm getting help having the federal government buying back my loans from my current provider and after 200 payments my loans will be forgiven forever! Thank you so much!!

Fraudulent Phil Ngyugen asked me for $799 as a discounted rate I told him NO!!! And he said he couldn’t help me I told him he was a con artist he didn’t disagree now when I call back the number it does not work this is not a real company people claiming that they are just work for them don’t be apart of the problem fix it

Everyone be aware if anyone ask you for money during this time it is based off of greed

These people Lainey, Kathleen, Amanda and Christian you are all lying and it’s a shame what are they paying you to lie it’s obvious you all work together you all made reviews around the same time you should all be jailed your all just as guilty you think it’s right to ask people for money and then change your number when it’s done to your children and family then you won’t be so lucky !

I don't understand why people are leaving bad reviews over a final notice that they received regarding this companies services. Reviews are supposed to be based on a companies customer service, services offerd, and the execution of those services. Who cares if they use a final notice to try and get the consumers attention. Tons of companies use this type of notice, AAA being one of them! I called this company and had nothing but a great experience. I thought it was refreshing dealing with docinaid considering that when I called my servicer they did nothing but give me the run around, told me lies and were rude to me. Docinaid has saved me thousands and actually delivered what they promised. They not only got me in the loan forgiveness program but got me into the right program that maximized my savings. I think this is a great company offering a great service. They truly do really help people.

Now I am really skeptical due to the fact that I have been scammed in the past, Docinaid really had patience with me and I do apologize to Phillip for being rude for the first week. He definitely guided me to the right sources to research on the programs I was eligible for. I was struggling on my student loan payments and I didnt realize how much information I was mislead by Nelnet. I was paying $450 and Docinaid was able to get it dropped down to $76. This is a great relief on my shoulders especially during this coronavirus pandemic. Trusting Docinaid at first was an issue for me. Now Im so grateful I went with Docinaid's service. I couldnt pay the second payment of the service fee and I called Phillip and he extended the fee payment with out questions. I really appreciate the consistent follow ups and the communication. Definitely worth the time and money. I already told my friends about Docinaid's service and Phillip is already helping with my mom's student loan as well. Thank you thank you thank you.

Dear Docinaid,

Your lack of proper grammar in the following comment “considering what your are saying is not true.” is all the validation anybody needs to verify that you are an illegitimate company. How you are able to pry and take advantage of financially vulnerable graduates is beyond comprehension. How you are able to sleep at night knowing you’re value is less than that of the filth under our shoes is also beyond me. Hopefully those who are wise enough will check here before pursuing to contact your company. Also, the name and other contact info I am using to post this is not my own so as to not give you any more of my information that you were somehow able to obtain. I received a “Final Notice” in the mail recently.

I am so sorry to hear about your experience. Considering everything you said is false and hateful, and considering we have never done any business with you, I strongly believe you have no idea what you are talking about when it comes to our services or how we benefit students.
Should you like to be further informed on our services, please feel free to call the number on the notice, if you received one, so we can further educate you on our services. You sound very misinformed on who we are or what we do and we would love the opportunity to correctly inform you. Thank you, and we will take your review into consideration for ways to possibly improve the service we provide. Have a nice day.

I did my research on Docinaid and the facts the advisors were sharing. All facts backed up by government sources. If they are doing every thing by the book then ill be happy to pay. I would write this review if their services didnt help me. ill be writing a complaint right now if I was scam. They did every thing they said they and I was happy with the results. Docinaid is a great enrollment center to go with for federal programs student loan servicers would not offer. They even helped my friends I referred. Thanks for helping me save Phillip and Docinaid.

Thank you for review, we are glad to assist.

Big thanks to Docinaid and my counselor for setting me straight. At first I didnt believe I should pay for consolidating but at the end I was paying for their service and they did everything they told me they would do. I am grateful and even more so that they helped my daughter as well. Definitely a great company because I am now saving in a real federal repayment plan through the Department of Education. Sucks for Navient. Thats why they have the biggest lawsuit in history. Thanks again to Phil and Docinaid processing team. They did amazing work on handling my documents.

We greatly appreciate your review. I am glad you allowed us to assist you and bring benefit to your situation, for you and your daughter.

This is actually a really great company. I was recently on a default status on my loans and received a letter from this company, I gave them a call and they were able to get me out of a default status and consolidate my loans. I am now on a income program and my payments are 0!!!! (It does take a couple months to complete but I'm so glad they were able to help me out and get me into a way better situation. )

We greatly appreciate your review, thank you.

This "third party" company is a vulture company that says they will act upon your behalf. They will not. What they WILL do is take your money and never help you because they are not affiliated with ANY federal program. BE AWARE. STAY AWAY.

Hello ***. Unfortunately we have no record of ever speaking with you so I am not sure why you would be motivated to make such false claims. We would be honored to prove that our services are beneficial should you need assistance. Otherwise, please refrain from making slanderous comments about a genuine company you have never done business with. Thank you.
Best regards,
-Docinaid managment.

If you receive a "Final Notice" from this company regarding student debt consolidation or forgiveness DO NOT RESPOND! It is a scam.

Docinaid Response • Mar 27, 2020

is not a client of ours, but *** is and she is listed under the same email address used in this post.
We will gladly cancel out ***s file, and would appreciate if you took down your slanderous review considering what your are saying is not true. We are a third party that educates and facilitates enrollment into government programs for students that need assistance. We are not a scam and find great offense in you saying such a thing. We wish *** the best of luck and a customer service representative will be contacting her to confirm her cancellation. Thank you

I received a final notice letter from this company and I decided to call because my servicer Navient never helps me when I call them. On the other hand Docinaid explained the programs and the savings and got me into the program that I have. been asking Navient to do but they always have an excuse to why they cant. I also know that I can do this for free just like it says on the letter that I received from Docinaid, and I can do my taxes for free but I hire a tax lady. I feel better paying a company that knows the ins and outs of these programs like Docinaid does. I highly recommend using Docinaid instead of calling the worthless servicers. Thank you Docinaid!!

I have received the same "final notice." I have called the phone number listed in the letter. It took about 10 rings when a female voice answered stating that they are receiving a high volume of phone calls but to leave my FSA ID number (created just for this purpose), contact info, and they will call me back. I hung up. One thing that really concerns me is that they knew the amount I owe. I did not think that my lender/s (Navient or the government) should share financial information.
P.S. One star is too much.

Thank goodness for Revdex.com! I almost considered contacting the until I looked up Docinaid here. I received a "final notice" letter as well and noticed on the bottom in small print that they "are not affiliated with the government or any of its programs." The letter also goes on to say in small print that they "offer a private, fee-based application assistance" - but points out such programs may be free directly from government agencies. It also states that they may use a third party processing agency. No thanks!!

In September, a representative, Davis M, reached out to me by telephone in regards to my student loan. I was told the company would provide a loan forgiveness assistance for my student loan and submit a modification on my behalf. They promised my monthly payment would be $200 instead of $450. I was required to pay $599.00 up front and told the process would take up to 45 days. My loan service is with Nelnet and my loan has not been purchased or modified. My loan is showing as delinquent after 60 days. I have tried to call and email the company for the last month asking about status of my application and they have ignored me. I’m very upset and feel they have taken advantage of me and targeted me as a student. This company is not professional and I want to submit complaint. They are not trustworthy!

Thanks so much for all the help. I was late in my response since Docinaid was making attempt to resolve issue. They did admit to failing to make the modified loan since my loan options have been exhausted. They did give my refund back thanks to you. I really appreciate it.*** , BSc, BSN, RN, CCRN-CSC Sent from my iPhone
