Review: I ordered a phone case from Dock Artisan in the middle of July. I emailed to find out when the phone case would be delivered and a reply told me it would be sent out August 10. I sent another email August 15 after not receiving the phone case. They apologized and said it would be them out in the beginning of the September. in the beginning of September the wrong case was sent to me. I email to inquire and they said because the delivery date was so late they sent me that case as a gift - as an extra bonus and that the case that order would be sent out by the end of the September. I emailed again at the end of September only to be told that I had already received my case. I had to produce the string of emails to show that they had not sent me the case I ordered but an older version of the case. An email response to me indicated that I would receive the case I ordered October 1. On October 20 I finally sent an email indicating that I would like to cancel my order because I have not received the case I ordered back in July. They emailed me to say I had to send back the second case they sent me in order to get a refund. I explained that I gave my husband the case and he was deloyed. Furthermore, they told me it was a gift. They have since refused to send me the case or my $60 refund.Desired Settlement: The $60 I paid for the case I never received.

Review: I ordered 2 products from Doc Artisan. There are 2 orders numbers involved. [redacted]

1x NEW- Sport Wallet Case V.5 - iPhone 6/s Plus - BROWN - DID NOT RECEIVE

1 x Universal Smart Device Magnetic Mount System ([redacted]) - RECEIVED

The [redacted] arrived, and the Sport Wallet should have been in the same order.

I emailed customer service (a week before christmas). Waited 2 weeks for a response. No response.

I emailed customer service again (Late January). Waited over a month for a response. No response.

I tweeted to the Doc Artisan twitter account. Here is the response:

"Hi [redacted]. Not a single email is ignored by customer service. It could be a delay caused by Christmas break. You can also call us!"

Well, they have ignored 2 emails, and their phone number is not easily contactable if you live outside the United States.

Please hold them accountable.Desired Settlement: I want the product I ordered.

Or a full refund and apology.

We have found the customer to be correct on this order and have already gone ahead and shipped the missing item. We have also let the customer know of the shortcoming and of the shipment. Review: On Oct 28th I bought a product (Sport Leather Wallet Combo Case for iPhone 6/6+ - iPhone 6 Leather Wallet Combo Case - Vintage Brown for $70.00 each) from this company and was advertised at their website that they would ship it starting on Nov 14th due a high demand. On Nov 11th got an email stating that the package was shipped and could be tracked on the USPS website using the tracking ID ([redacted]). Considering that I paid for a 2 days shipping it was supposed to be delivered on Nov 14th at least. I have tried to contact them using their customer service email and even posted a review at their website and got no answer. When posted a message at their Facebook page I found that others were on the same situation. After a couple days, Mr. [redacted] posted a message saying that the tracking number would be updated today (Monday Nov 17th) and so far it wasn't. Also, said to relax and "don't be anxious" before deleting my post and removing my access of posting at their Facebook page. It is not about being anxious (as we all obviously are) but is is a lack of respect and also not complying with what was paid (2 days shipping).Desired Settlement: Just want the product to be delivered and to let everyone that I would be able to inform not to expect any kind of respect from Dock Artisan Customer Services.
