DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. For 2 summers I have tried to get Dock Side to service a boat lift that they installed at my dock in Reynolds Landing. To start with the person that answers the phone has terrible customer service skills. She kept telling me that they were busy but she would get someone to come by my dock and take a look at what needed to be done. They never showed up so I went over to their office and talked to the owner. The lady that answers the phone had never even written my information down so he said he would make sure I was "on their list" and they would get to me as soon as the could. NEVER HAPPENED - no call and no visit.
I have located another company to do the work and they have been very responsive. I strongly suggest that you consider other options for your dock and boat lift needs.
