Mr [redacted] has been my neighbor for about twenty years I have made many repairs on his home in the past and do not normally charge for my work I bid the job for pennies on the dollar because of this We started the work on February and completed it on March His wife called the evening of the 1st and informed us there was a bubble in the wall We immediately (March 2nd) went and repaired the bubble His wife called the evening of the 2nd informing us of a second bubble, and we immediately (March 3rd) went and repaired the bubble On the evening of March 5, Mr [redacted] sent a text asking me to contact his wife regarding the ceiling I made numerous attempts to contact Mrs [redacted] with no success I never received any further text, phone call, or visit to let me know there was still a problem[redacted]
