Thank you for reviewing the information regarding the deck project at [redacted] We are very anxious to resolve complaint ID # [redacted] To date, we’ve been unable establish communication with the customer to schedule completion of the project, so your intervention is much appreciated As a result of continuous delays and lack of response from the customer pertaining to the completion of the project, it seems we have no choice but to pursue collection and legal liens/injunctions for the material and labor pertinent to the deck project.egRather than pursue collection and judgement through the legal channels, Dockmaster USA would prefer the opportunity to either settle on a dollar amount to release the customer from contract and leave the deck as is, or be allowed access to the project and complete the project as defined in the contract We have made exactly four attempts to complete the project and have hired experts in the deck construction industry to complete the project but have not been allowed the opportunity to complete the project Any help that you and the Revdex.com are able to provide will be much appreciated We are certainly willing to complete the project as outlined in the bid/contract or reach an agreement on a settlement amount and release the customer from the contract If the Revdex.com is willing to intervene on behalf of us and the customer, we are certainly willing to provide documentation regarding the customer’s erratic behavior throughout the project and the strategic dismissal of crews from the jobsite

I do not agree with any of
the claims that have been stated by [redacted] the owner of Dockmasters USA
and feel she may not be fully aware of how her company representative John
Hight has represented her company and what he may have relayed to her regarding
this project
I would welcome direct
contact with her to get this matter resolved.
Her employee [redacted] has repeatedly bullied and yelled at me with
great anger. A company representative that
was hired to complete a $9,project on my property has never in my life
treated me like this
I have also been in constant
contact with her representative [redacted] by email except when he went on
vacation during the project and would not return my emails or when I had to be
out of town for work. Even as of today I
am getting a run around on a schedule that I have asked for. I have the proof of this and it will
discredit the claims of their response letter
There are big structural
concerns and the project has not been built as to the agreement yet and the
deficiencies are numerous. When I asked
[redacted] to address them several times I was told that I was not being
reasonable. I have had deck building experts
look at the deck that they have built and they all agree with the deficiencies
that have been noted and ones that are obvious to a master deck builder like
Dockmasters claim to be
To address the crews I find
this very amazing. The first day of the
project people showed up, one carpenter and helpers. The second day the carpenter had fired the
two helpers leaving only himself for the next weeks with the exception of a
part time helper that worked for him in between his other job
This one surviving employee
was let go from the job by [redacted] for the poor quality of his work and for
what he had built incorrectly on the deck while he was working on it
Then [redacted] brought in
day laborers to complete the job that worked hours every day they were on the
project to complete the deck and they walked off the job and took his tools
when they found out he was not going to pay them like he did with all of his
employees working on the job
I have never been
erratic. The poor quality and not
building the deck to the specifications of the agreement have caused me concern
and I have voiced them many times with [redacted] and asked for him to address
these concerns. Which are documented in
email as well. If that is erratic then
yes I am.
I have only wanted a quality
job for the money that I agreed to and the specifications I was told I would
get. At this time I fear that Dockmaster
USA cannot provide quality or address my concerns for this project.
If Ms[redacted] would like to
address these concerns herself and remove her representative I would welcome to
continue to work toward resolution.
