To whom it may concernWe recently had a request from the Revdex.com about our business in regards to about a customer that was complaining about the work that they received from our shopI was instructed to write in response to the letter that was provided to you by the other partyI'm writing to let you know that the services that were provided were absolutely legitThe woman had called me and asked me for a quote over the phone, and I informed her that we do not give quotes over the phone because in our line of work its nearly impossible to do so without actually seeing what needs to be repairedSo I told her to bring the seats by and I would take a look at themFrom the moment I spoke to the woman she tried to get me to drop the price of the repairs to her seatsI told her the price of the seats and labor and she leftI can also tell you that any upholstery shop you call is not going to give a price for one seat for any less than $*** for a repair and the seats that she had were more difficult than mostShe wasn't happy with the price I gave her in the beginning, and she wasn't happy with the price when she leftAfter all the work I had done, she wasn't sure if it was worth it when the job was complete and did not want to pay meShe did pay me, and why she contacted the Revdex.com is an upmost surprise to myself and co-workers for the job that we had doneIve been in business for years, my parents for and we have never had someone complain to the Revdex.com beforeAlso we do want to apply so do not have an interest in applying, but we do thank you for contacting us about thisIf you have any other questions or concerns please contact me at *** *** *** thanks youDocks canvas & upholstery

Review: Well first of I found about this business through [redacted] site .. I called the number a gentleman answered his is[redacted] I asked him A specific question how much he charges to replace the whole seat he stated $100 , however he stated to confirm I must bring the van for an estimate . He told me that he has a shop And to bring the van to the shop .On 20/03/2014 I drove 25 mins to find outthere no shop its a house . I showed and made it clear that the whole seat needs to be replaced . He quoted me a higher price $ 400 for two seats and on rest arm .I kept repeating two whole easts and one rst arm and he confirmed more than four times . I was debating however due to the distance and the difficulty of finding a second driver I agreed . I also mentioned to him that a professional dealership gave an estamit for the same price . But beacuse he mentioned $100 on the phone I though i'll be saving . money. At the time of pick up it was devastating to find out that he replace on small peace of each seat . When I tried to understand what about the remanning seats . [redacted] was stated to beacome aggresive and said that is anther $200 more and he doesn't have the martial And he threatened us to take the seats apart . It felt that I was a victim of a scam. I paid $400 in full . I really feel this has to be reported to avoid future scam , I wish if I can get my money backDesired Settlement: Refund
