It is correct that we were working at a neighbor's home a few houses away from [redacted]. However, we did not damage her vehicle. When...
trimming/removing trees the possibility of dust and dirt is probable. We have offered to have her car cleaned. Since no damage was done by our company we feel this is more than adequate compensation.
