The refund has already been provided through our credit card system after the buyer already filed a chargeback with there credit card company I dont understand why they go to the bureau when they do a chargeback on a credit card that was charged? This has been taken care of

Docmate.com is an amazing software which has helped my dental practice grow tremendously I wish them the best in the growth of the company The features I really like are the reviews management feature and the appointment reminders feature

Review: We entered into an agreement with Docmate that they will charge us ** dollars when they provide us with three patients a month. They didn't provide any patients and charged us as soon as they received our credit card details. Upon complaint they refunded the first payment. They then charged us again in September. When we alerted them and closed the contract. They confirmed that our account with them is closed and that they refunded the money but they never did and they charged us again in October. again we contacted them and filed a claim with the bank and they confirmed that the money has been refunded but today they haven't refunded the money.

All correspondents were done by email and I have copy of all our correspondence that proves the aboveDesired Settlement: Refund the money and alert other dentists to avoid them

Review: In July 2014, [redacted] contacted our chiropractic office offering marketing services. We were asked to sign a contract with our credit card information, understanding that our credit card would only be charged $99.00 USD if we received 2 or more new patients in a given month. Our contract specified that DocMate would send out mailings to potential patients within a specific region near our office. 1)Mailings have never been sent out, 2) we have not received any new patients from this site, and 3) our credit card has been charged multiple times. Again, we were promised not to be charged if we did not see any new patients. Upon our first charge, we contacted [redacted], who promised that the charges would be reversed. These charges were not reversed and others have shown up on our statements. [redacted] has been unreachable since at least September 23, 2014. We have attempted to fax a notice of cancellation of our contract, but the fax number provided is not working. We have not heard from anyone from DocMate for several months.Desired Settlement: We are requesting that DocMate refund our monies. (Charges are as follows:)August 25, 2014 $99.00September 23, 2014 $99.00November 10, 2014 $99.00Total we wish to be refunded is $297.00

Review: On June 16, 2014 I paid $99 to DocMate.com for a new patient referral program. My agreement with them was that they'd schedule TWO new patients per month for me, otherwise I would not receive the $99 charge. On June 26, 2014, they charged my credit card another $99 despite no new patient appointments. When I inquired about the additional charge, I was told it was a billing mistake and asked if I wanted to apply the amount to my next month's charges and have a balance or take a refund. I opted for the refund. I did not receive a refund and ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card. Two days after my credit card issued a credit for $99, DocMate once again charged me $99. They have since disputed my complaint and are charging me another $99. I have not received ANY new patient appointments from DocMate and they are still attempting to charge me $99/month. On September 5, I sent them an email asking for cancellation of my agreement and all charges to be refunded. I have not received ANY correspondence from [redacted] Co-Founder and CEO of DocMate since August 5, 2014. I have a PDF file I'll gladly send to you that includes the 15+ emails regarding this issue along with a documented chat session with a representative of my credit card company.Note: the address on their agreement is different than on their website. The agreement says:DocMate LLC[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like them to cancel my subscription to their service immediately. I would like a refund of all charges they received from Capital One on my behalf including the initial payment of $99 on June 16, 2014.
