Doco Marketing

I hired Doco Marketing in August 2018 to design a Word Press site for my business. Danielle was unable to complete the project despite providing her with detailed notes on the content, layout and giving her the RGB #'s for the colors I wanted for the site. She was very unprofessional when any communication did not suit her. I parted ways with her in November 2018 and to this day do not have ownership of my site. I repeatedly asked for her to supply the migration information so I could move it to my own host, and was told she was busy, but would get the information to me. Today, she finally told me she would not give me access to it. I have never experienced anything like this in my 40 years of working in a variety of companies and with all levels of business professionals.

I had used Doco Marketing (which is in reality only one person, Danielle Caudill) to try to help improve the online presence for my small business. From the get go, communication was an issue. Expectations were unclear, emails unanswered, and after a short time, I grew frustrated personally and professionally with the situation. After they did not respond to business emails and having some personal disagreements with the owner, I emailed asking to terminate our professional relationship. After I sent an email asking to part ways, they did not respond to any requests. They did not terminate my account so my Adwords continued to accrue charges, they did not send any reports, they did not refund my unused ad buy, and THEN, using the credentials I had given them while they were still my even illegally gained access to my Facebook ads manager and attempted to cancel my account not once, but twice! She also canceled the billing for my Facebook account and attempted to deactivate the whole thing. I've had to change all my passwords since Danielle continues to access my accounts weeks after I asked them to please remove me and cancel all transactions. Somehow her credit card got put on my account after I had to call Google and have them manually remove my campaign from her Google Partner manager account, and after she refused all email or phone communication I had no choice but to go to her office and try to make her remove her card. She did not and her credit card is STILL tied to the account even though I have made numerous attempts by phone, email, and even once in person to rectify the matter.

I started my small business a year ago and I’m happy to say that most of my success is due to the efforts of Danielle C[redacted] and Docomarketing. Docomarketing has helped me create a modern company with a well designed website, digital media advertising campaigns, a strong social media presence, and ongoing communication with my lead and client base. In my opinion, there is no more efficient use of my marketing dollars than what digital media offers. I would absolutely recommend the services of Docomarketing to anyone.
