diagnosis on Friday I would have called but since he was told on Thursday it was plus parts and he brought it back we completed the job. I have never run my business taking advantage of anyone weather they are a vet or not..

Was never told that the quote was without the parts price. Why would you even call it a quote if it isn't a complete estimate of all parts and services? You should just say I don't know what I will charge you as that is a more truthful statement. That being said who on earth would charge $273 for a rebuilt alternator and believe that's a fair price? I would never have agreed to pay such an outrageous price for a part that can be easily purchased for around $100. As I previously stated....I want to pay a FAIR price. This entire situation is unbelievable and I just want someone to do the rite thing here. Untruthful Estimates and overcharging are not fair.
