his bike and his insurance needs. He said he wanted the bike until recently. When we found out he did not want the motorcycle two months later, we unwound the deal with Harley-Davidson. Doc's H-D sent a check in full to Harley-Davidson Finance which they received on 10/21/2015.[redacted] has no obligation to Harley-Davidson or to Doc's. There are no taxes paid to Missouri. Harley-Davidson Finance will be sending him a verification of paying for the bike by Doc's Harley-Davidson.I called [redacted] yesterday and left a message stating that we unwound the deal for him.

I never was financed for a bike, threw [redacted] Finance, because I never paid a down payment they wanted to be financed. Nor signed paper work stating so. Doc's Harley illegally did that on their own.
No matter what.... They knew they were wrong, and is the reason why they "unwond" this illegal business practice, and sending out paper work. That is all I wanted, and so for that, I will not pursue any further legal matters. As long as I receive that letter, and Harley removes any & all illegal transactions off my credit report.

Harley-Davidson Financial Services. The refund does not come from Doc's Harley-Davidson in St. Louis. My Business Manager discussed with her that we are waiting for the lien release of the motorcycle in order to help her to process her cancellation, hence her refund from Harley-Davidson Financial Services. When we receive the lien, we will follow up with [redacted].
