I am rejecting this response because:
I have received Ms*** ***’s statement regarding our
contractual agreement for preparation of legal documentationI thoroughly
reviewed the contract between myself and Legal Docs Prep Inc., nowhere in the
contract does it mention that the services would be terminated should I submit
documents myselfI chose to submit documents on my own due to Ms
***-***’s breach of her own contractIn the contract between myself and
Legal Docs Prep Inc., it states that the provided documents will be filled out
at the client’s (myself) directionHowever, after two submissions had been
returned Ms***-*** provided me two options one which she speculated would
get my submission rejected again and the other would leave my divorce case open
for possible judgement at a later dateI inquired about submitting an
amendment to judgement to see if that would get the documents processedI had
originally brought this up at our first meeting to inform Ms***-*** that
it was a possible option and again via email (Please reference attached email)
Ms***-*** repeatedly told me that that the amendment to judgement did not
applyPer the contract language my direction was to submit an amendment to
judgement along with the other documents which Ms***-*** refused to do
My actions of submitting the documents myself actually resulted in my divorce
being finalized which would have not been possible should I have gone with
either of the options Ms***-*** presentedTherefore Ms***-*** was
paid to execute a service per the contract which ***-*** failed to doMy
reason for contacting the Revdex.com is because I feel that I paid
Ms***-*** $for a contracted service that she did not provide
Therefore Ms***-*** voided any contract we had when she terminated the
agreement for a reason that was not grounds for such termination given the
language of contractIf and when Ms***-*** made the decision to terminate
contract I should have been offered a refund of my $payment since no
services were rendered and the contract was terminated for unjust reasons
