Doc's Vacuum Sales & Repairs

Review: July 20th I picked up my Dyson vacuum that was repaired by Doc's. I asked the customer service person which was a man and he looked very dirty. He was outside smoking cigarettes for the second time. The first time I dropped the vacuum off he was outside smoking. I went in and paid for my vacuum and he gave me a receipt before that I asked him what was wrong with the vacuum he said something about it being clogged but I had my vacuum in for the noise also. I asked him for a detailed receipt and he kept yelling and getting smart told me never to come back to the store, however his boss told him to give me a detailed receipt concerning the vacuum what was wrong and what they done to fix it. The only thing he done was wrong on the back of my visa receipt was unclogged vacuum and I never received anything else. Dyson had sent me there they had to give Dyson a detailed description but nothing for me, I called the owner he never called me back I guess the owner didn't care either. I also told Dyson about this incident with Doc's I don't no if they ever followed up with them or not. This place that I went to was located in Elsmere De the owner clearly has a drunk running this store that smokes too much and he needs to know how to fix himself up and greet customers much better than he greeted me. I would never ever in a million years recommend this place to anyone in the future of even now. I think businesses should be fined for treating there customers with disrespect. Whenever I take my vacuum to other places for repair they always gave me a description describing what I told them was wrong when I pick my vacuum up they give me a description of what they done to fix the problem and this place did not they are unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I would like the owner to send me a detailed description of what was wrong with my vacuum and what they had to do to fix it that is only fair. I would like a apology from this company for the horrible treatment I received.
