cashier, they provided me with two different senerios.  Customer stated he was refused a refund by my cashier after a price discrepancy at the point in the transaction where she had to proceed then return the item, and the customer was not happy with that.  But at no point did she refuse to give his money back.  I apologized to the customer for this mishap to the best of my ability.  I also explained to him that our cashiers can no longer simply lower prices due to an increase in theft.  The customer stated on other occasions our manager in the past would lower the prices for him.  Thank you, Kelly J. Jones Hardware
