I bought at groupon for tile cleaning at my homeRoy,the owner,came by and charged us for cleaning sq ft of marble flooring.Roy got the monies for the job,but when I got home,I noticed that my floors were in way worse shape.The floors looked dull,stained,blochyI called Roy's phone number,and spoke with himHe told me that he was going to be at my hime the following day between noon and 2pmI got a call from Eric,and he was delayed by 2hrsEric came to my home,and told me that Roy had removed the seal on memorable floors,and that he did not use the right equipment for the job that was doneI spoke with Roy,and told him that I needed him to fix the problemHe told me that he would be able to come on wed,and I told him I would confirm with my husbandWe have been calling Roy,.and he does not return our phone callsThis is not how business needs to be handled,as my flooring is only getting more damagedRoy needs to do the right thing and fix the mistake he made in cleani

I am rejecting this response because:I have an apt schedules with Doctor carpet on Wednesday the 30th.I need to see if this company will actually get my marble floors in good shape,as my floors are in bad shape right now. Roy told us that he wants to charge us an additional $250 to repair his mistake,which makes no sense to me. Roy needs to clean my floors on wednesday,and not ask for more money from me,as it is not fair. I can't respond until the work is done.Thanks.
