I am sorry that Mrs*** *** had a poor
experience with our companyI feel like this should have never happened to
them as too the poor response to the service issuesI accept that accidents
happen in our line of
work but you to respond and resolve the concernsI wish
I would have been aware of this sooner that we could have resolved all concerns
in a quick timely mannerI have spoken to Mrs*** about the repairs and
have arranged for appropriate resolution to resolve and reimburse her for the
repairs

this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
I find it disturbing that Mr. B[redacted] is now  calling me a liar.  Documents and records don't lie.  My account of the series of event are very accurate.  Let me remind him as well, I am an Army Soldier, and we have what they call Army values.  Loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, and personal courage.  Fabricating a response would not be within those values.I can see that this issue will not be resolve on a professional level here.  So, thank you for your time.  I will be in-touch.
