My response to ***: ***, First, let me say that I am sorry you were dissatisfied with our serviceThat is not the way things should work outI've done some research into your service call, and spoken with the Tech who visited your homeFrom the notes in the ticket, our tech found your system running extremely high head pressure - which is indicative of more problems than simply a low charge However, high head pressure is related to outdoor temperature as well as indoor load, so it makes sense that the system would appear to simply require a refrigerant charge during cooler temps indoors & outYou will not truly know if that solved your problem until the hottest part of next summer It is also possible that we made a mistake - it is rare, but it can happenBecause I cannot be certain in your situation whether it is a faulty system or a technical error on our part, I am going to refund your service callWe will mail you a check for the $I want you to know that we are an ethical company, we take pride in our work and in the satisfaction of our customers.But, there is also a human factor and mistakes can happenEither way, we do not want you to pay for service that did not meet your satisfaction Thank You, [redacted] W [redacted] Principal - MrBreeze Heating and Cooling The check has been mailed.We will not be "refunding" money spent on a window unit at a retail store - NOT spent with out business
