hard time reaching them. She called demanding that I come remove the container and I told her I had to wait for the call from the broker company because I did not know if she paid them or if her card declined or something to that nature.The next day the broker company called and I imediately sent the truck to remove the container. I am so surprised that she made a complaint against us when all we did was try to help her??? She was the one that hired a company from another state when she could have called us direct and had a local company take care of her.
