DeHaven's over billed us for our move in AugustShortly after, they provided the amount that would be refunded to usWe have still not received it
- In early August, Dehaven's charged our credit card an incremental fee based on conversations that we would need help packing a few additional items in our house, that was not outlined in the original fee, for our August move
- On August 9th, we emailed our rep inquiring on why the additional fee was so high and charged to our card without prior approval of the additional fee
- On the same day, the sales rep confirmed that they will credit us back the amount owed upon receipt of actuals provided by the moving crew
- On 8/17, 8/and 8/we circled up with Dehaven's on the credit amount and when it would be issued
- On 8/21, *** *** emailed us nothing that a refund of $was due and should be processed to our credit card within 7-business days
- On 9/7, 9/12, 9/and 9/29, we circled up with *** on the st
