Review: I have talked to 3 different people about my refund in April of 2011, July 2011, and last November 2011. I still have not received my refund of 38.20 and every time I try and call the number listed I keep getting a recording of "all circuits are busy please try again later". I call about once a week and get the same message. So I am frustrated that they still have not refunded me my monies. I do not want to get my insurance company involved because it will be fraud on their part for "stealing" my money by not refunding it to me. Please, this is my last resort to claiming my money.
