Dr. Rooter did not explain to me or my husband that he was going to remove our fence post, damage out other gate, destroy my flower bed, remove a small retaining wall from another flower bed and cracked part of our concrete pad where he had his very large backhoe on. When I told [redacted] about the damage, he said read your contract. They put our fence post back but did not cement it in so it was not place back properly. For the reasons mentioned above, I would never recommend Dr. Rooter even the pipes were placed properly.
