Doctor Sprinkler

I've had doctor sprinkler winterize my system for a few years. This year I had a couple of separate issues with my system. It's 15 years old so it's not unusual. Both times I feared the worst ie. digging up piping to find a leak etc. and both times he was able to troubleshoot it for a much simpler and cheaper repair.

We wish our builder would have used [redacted] (owner) and tech crew [redacted] to lay our original system. This was our initial experience with Doctor Sprinkler (7/1/2016), and we are sold on the service. [redacted] turned an otherwise wasted vacation day into a positive, after a competitor with 3 week advance notice, decided to NO SHOW. We found Doctor Sprinkler listed on the Revdex.com website. With one call, [redacted] was out to inspect our needs within the hour. After a quick part purchase, he returned to install himself. He lined up his crew to be back for additional service needs, and within another couple hours, our work was complete - all within a single day. [redacted] and [redacted] were courteous, friendly, and very reasonably priced. Most importantly, they managed to salvage what was a very valuable vacation day to us. Words cannot express our gratitude. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for great skilled workmanship and terrific customer service. Attitudes were positive all across the board. They left us smiling, and their clean-up was impeccable. Doctor Sprinkler is certain to get all our future work. Word of advice - skip the competitors. They notoriously double book appointments and do not keep their word. They also charge way to much for similar services. These guys get an A+ from us!!! It is rare to find good quality work like this, especially during the busy season. [redacted] even made a follow-up call to assess our satisfaction. We can't remember the last time that happened. Don't be afraid to give Doctor Sprinkler a try. Never knowing who is really reliable enough to call, has always been an issue for us. Doctor Sprinkler did not, and we believe will not, disappoint.
