The issue of the water heater was reported one via resident website on 12/19/ The online work orders do not automatically print and was discovered approximately ten day later Upon discovering the work order, the resident was called to see if there was still an issue A message was left and response was given We assumed the matter was closed and cancelled the work order The next call from the resident about the water heater was 02/03/ At this point, we replaced the thermocoupler same day The next and most recent report came in on Monday, 06/05/ I personally spoke to [redacted] She informed me they have been lighting the water heater every morning to have hot water I asked if we had permission to enter so we could get it taken care of [redacted] did not want to grant access unless she was home and therefore scheduled an appointment for Friday, 06/09/at 10:am When we arrived at her home on 06/09/at 10:am as requested, no one was home The Service Manager called [redacted] and she granted access to her home so we could get her taken care of As far as the bees are concerned, there have been two reports since [redacted] has lived at Environs The first report was dated 08/29/in which [redacted] came, evaluated the situtation and sprayed the bees in an effort to have no future issue and the second was 06/05/in which we called [redacted] to address the issue, they responded on Monday, 06/12/(because there was no permission to enter any sooner) and the decision, made by the professional, was to spray again There were small holes cut into the ceiling, spayed and sealed in an effort to have no future incided While we are not perfect, the staff at Environs makes every effort to accommodate and take care of our residents Based on the records I have for the time line listed above and the conversation [redacted] and I had on Monday, June 12, 2017, the situtation has been resolved to her full satisfaction and I apologize for any inconvenience, aggravation or emotional distress this situtation may have caused Thank you for your time and please let me know if there is anything else I can do or if you need additional from me
