Thank you for providing an opportunity for me to respond to the complaint letter
submitted by *** ***According to our records and the attached signed registration agreement, she attended the Medical Billing Training Workshop in June 2015, and was one of six attendees and the only person who did not take the assessment test as scheduled in July Schedule: The adjusted training schedule was announced during session one of the training for sessions three and four due to a prior class on the same day scheduled to run over their original schedule The adjusted schedule started one hour later than the original schedule Everyone agreed to the schedule adjustment and there were no objections She attended all of the sessions except one due to her own personal reasons as outlined in her complaint No maclass is offered in the registration agreement for attendees who do not attend a class On page two of her attached registration agreement it states “Training schedules are set by the facility and may change with notice.” She was notified three weeks prior to the schedule adjustmentTest: As outlined on her attached registration agreement “Assessment evaluations must be taken no later than five days after the end of your workshop training.” *** ***’s original test date was scheduled for July 11, When she did not show up for the test she was notified of her last opportunity to test scheduled for August 15, 2015, over days later, a copy of the letter is attached I have not heard from her, until your letter dated October 29, Refunds: As outlined on her attached registration agreement “All payments for services, training, books, supplies or other items are nonrefundable.”
