I will say that the skill level of the Dentist and Hygienist are a bit above par, but the over all atmosphere of the office is extremely fake and unprofessionalThe receptionist team always greats you with a forced smile and speak to you in a condescending wayI also know that they consistently speak ill of clients before they come out to get youAnd they also speak ill of all patients in the break room because they think know one can hear you in the waiting room The one named Natalie is extremely rude and overbearing with her fake presences and presentationShe is also very unprofessional and says really inappropriate things to those around her (this includes asking for physical contact and using sexual innuendos)They also allow their children to run around the office (which the kids are sweet) but this is a dental practice, kids shouldn't be running around with out supervisionAlso they are told to push treatment plans on to patients regardless if they need the treatment or not (this comes form some sort of incentive program employees have)
