Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and I hope that this matter is resolved finallyI do have to say when I spoke to Lisa a week or so ago she promised she would get back to me by the next day which she didn't Lisa phoned me yesterday and she stated she was new to the office and this was the first time she spoke with me I told her I went thru this for two years with Drs express and it was unacceptable she said that since I had a ck number and the date it cleared the bank I must have paid it therefore she noted my fileI faxed her the cancelled check from my FSA acct I think it's ridiculous and lousy business that it took two years to hopefully correct this I had been in communication faxing EOB's and providing all this info for two years If I hadn't contacted the Revdex.com it probably still wouldn't be resolved Sincerely, [redacted] ***

This man is an absolute liar.  He came in with no insurance and paid the $120 self pay rate, which he paid with  a [redacted] card.  He then proceeded to call his bank and tell them that this was an invalid charge and had my account credited for $85, which went back to him.  I disputed...

the first calm which was decided in my favor, he then disputed it again, I last contacted the credit card company the end of August and still no discussion.  I believe what happened is he took his paperwork home to his Dad and Dad submitted the clam to his insurance so he thinks he should get money back.  I told him he could have handled this matter in a much nicer, easier way.  They could have called our office given us the insurance info and we could have filed the claim and refunded him anything necessary.  But as of now, he has paid us $45 for an urgent care center visit.  So when/if we do get the money put back in our account, I do not owe him any money back, as he came in as a self pay and never got back to us with any insurance info.  I have all of the signed paperwork to back this all us.  See what he has.Laura

the bottom of this. In the interim, I asked all personnel who may try and engage in conversation with her to stop, as I wanted to take care of this myself. I began gathering EOB's from 2 years ago. Then the complaint came by mail and in reading [redacted]'s complaint, I felt the need to make this right. I personally can say I am sorry for the unnecessary calls [redacted] received for the past 2 years, hence why I personally called [redacted] and spoke with her to obtain resolution. [redacted] was able to obtain a copy of the check from her bank in the meantime and has faxed that over to me. I have scanned this into her account. [redacted] me ntioned that she and I had spoken before, as she said "with the same manager Lisa" I did explain to [redacted] that I was new to the company, so it couldn't of been myself, nor could I even explain what had gone on with her account. Here at Doctors Express we value our patients; patient satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We do our best to resolve any issues that they may have in a timely manner.

I went to this place because I had a fall, and I wanted to make sure that my bones weren't broken. They ran an xray and said that everything was fine, then I had another xray done a week later, and it turned out that I did have a fracture in my bone. I wouldn't recommend this place, don't go there, their xray machine is probably not accurate.
