We responded to ***'s email when we received her first request for a refundWitihin two days, she was informed that a doctor's note for her daughter's injury needed to be submitted in order to consider a refundWhen she submitted the doctor's note, it indicated that the child could return to camp on July [redacted] and participate in all activities with the exception of gym and sportsWe replied via email, "according to the doctor's note, your daughter has been able to return to camp as of July ***, with restrictions only for sports and gym activitiesOur camp program features many non-sports activities, including arts & crafts, game room, go karts, swimming, special events and trips." [redacted] replied that she tried sending her daughter back for one day and that she was bored siting on the sidelinesShe then sent another letter from the same doctor, that now indicated not only gym and sports but also playg round.Our response via email was, Hi ***,I understand, and appreciate your daughter attempting to come backI'm sorry it isn't going to work out this summer.Once I receive your daughter's official attendance record, I'll be back in touch with you shortly with information about a cancellation and refund.Thanks,Her refund was credited to her account on July **,

Hidden Causes of Illness on May 2nd of 2017. We then renewed the Cures for the Hidden Causes of Illness on June 6th of 2017 as we did not hear back from you. We did receive your email on June 14th requesting a refund and advised you this would be done but this was the first communication we show on our records. We want to make sure our customers are happy with the product. When a customer does not feel the material can benefit them, we do offer a satisfaction guarantee in the form of a refund. The refund request has been submitted as of June 14th and does take approximately 2 to 3 business days (depending on the speed of the financial institution) to appear back on the card. Ourrecords indicate that on April 1st 2014 the customer called into ourCustomer Service Department and informed us that he did not want to receive thebook he purchased via email. Instead he would prefer to receive it as a hardcopy thus it was shipped to; [redacted] on April 3rd 2014. On August 10 thecustomer called once again and stated that he did not receive anything from theprevious year. We informed the customer that one year had passed and we hadalready sent out an electronic copy as well as a hard copy. Customer used vulgarlanguage on the line and then disconnected the call. On July 22nd2015 we received your complaint which also requested the refund for $19.95 for12 Kitchen Cures. Thus the customer does not have any active publications asevery request for a refund has been processed. This being said, we sincerely apologize for any frustration, or inconvenience thismay have caused you.
