Mr [redacted] was retreated at no charge in AugustWe are happy to offer Mr [redacted] further treatment at 50% off the procedure priceMr [redacted] acknowledged he did get a reduction of fat in the treated area at his follow up appointment with our Coolsculpting technicianMr [redacted] did not notify our office that was again unsatisfied with his result or almost six months after his follow up appointmentThe day his letter was received at our office I personally called and left a message for himAs with any body contouring treatment weight management is crucialI am not stating on Mr [redacted] weight, but in most cases a patient satisfaction with Coolsculpting will highly depend on their own weight managementIn the end we want Mr [redacted] to he pleased with his result and extend a 50% discount on any further treatment

On 2/25/Mr*** came into our office for a consultation for fat reductionOn 4/1/Mr*** elected to do Coolsculpting treatment and was charged $ Coolsculpting manufacturer
Zeltiq states the treatment will deliver 20%-25% fat reduction with end result at four months post treatment.
It is standard of care that each client be seen at a follow up appointment at the four month post treatment time frameMr*** had a follow up appointment on 8/23/in which he stated that he did not see a reductionThe before and after pictures indicated the Mr*** did in fact get a reductionClient satisfaction is our number one priority here at Doctors of California Laser and Cosmetic Center so we gave Mr*** a complimentary re-treated his CoolsculptingMr*** was re-treated on 8/30/and his four month post follow up appointment was on 11/4/It was at this follow up appointment that Mr*** stated that his did see a reduction to the treated areas but would like to see further reductionIt was at this time that Mr*** was offered a 50% discount on any further Coolsculpting treatment again as a customer service courtesyMr*** stated that he would consider and let us know
It was in April of this year (2014) that we received a letter from Mr*** stating he was again unhappy with his resultA phone call was immediately placed to Mr*** which as of date has not been returned

Review: I didn't get a good customer service. I attempt to send a letter to [redacted]. I got no reply.Desired Settlement: I would like to have two more procedures, so this one does not feel rushed as it is last time. If elt that they were too muchi n a hurry and did not follow the proper procedure.

Coolsculpting manufacturer Zeltiq states the treatment will deliver 20%-25% fat reduction with end result at four months post treatment.
