Hello , I would like to express my dire need for these orthoticsYes I spoke to a gentleman called *** he sent me back a broken OrthoticI expressed my concern and my need of a proper fitting rigid and firm orthoticHe proceeded to tell me for another $he would send me a new foot impression kit to be remadeI have struggled to work with this companyplease just get them to honor their word and send me a proper fitting firm and rigid orthotic which I paid for At this point I refuse to except anything other than my money back or proper fitting firm rigid orthoticThank you so much for your time and I appreciate you continuing helping me resolve this problemSincerely ,*** ***

As per request, I contacted Dr *** only to have a voice mail message answer as usual on 11/18/I left a message on his voicemail to call me back on 11/19/at 8:amI am busy with work the whole day and that was the time I was availableI did not receive a call back from Dr *** on or after 8:am on 11/19/This was my last attempt to resolve this, and have exhausted all attempts to contact himTherefore, I prefer to have this matter resolve with a full refund of $300.00, or have Dr *** fix my second pair of inserts with a $refundEither refund would be fairThank you

I have tried to reach Mr. [redacted] several times by phone and has been unable to reach him, the latest of which was 2:00 pm today and his phone rang and rang with no pickup. He must call us and leave a definitive time when he will answer his phone for me to return it at that time. At this time, the best times for me are Wednesday or Friday afternoon.

Customer was called and Refund check mailed to customer last week.

The orthotics were shipped. They were upgraded with an appropriate bottom cover and Memory Foam Top Covers. Here is the Tracking Number #[redacted]. We also included for $13 to cover the cost of the shipping.Due to the fact that the orthotics were custom made to the customers feet, were worn by...

the customer, and for health and safety issues, we are unable to give a refund as stated on our website.
