Review: I was a customer at the El Cajon location for a year or more. When I was getting ready to move to North County I asked if I purchased more treatments if they could be transferred to the Carmel Mountain location after I moved, I was told that would be no problem at all. Now that I have moved, the Carmel Mountain location tells me they are under completely different ownership and that they cannot honor a purchase I made at the El Cajon location. They went on to tell me that this happens regularly (about once per month) with customers coming to them from the El Cajon location. I called the El Cajon location on 6/05 and explained the situation, the nurse on the line did admit that it does happen because they will take Carmel Mountain's patients but that Carmel Mountain will not take theirs; she took my information and promised a call back the same day but I never was called. I called the El Cajon facility again on 6/08 and spoke to a nurse named [redacted] who let me know that the only way I would receive a refund would be for medical reasons, I asked to speak to a supervisor because of the circumstances, she told me the supervisor's name was [redacted] and that he would call me back by the end of the day - I never received a call. I called again today, 6/09 and spoke to a nurse named [redacted], I asked for [redacted] who was again not available. I let her know I was uncomfortable waiting for another call back that at this point I felt would not come. She informed me that there would be no way to get any sort of refund on my treatments, even if I had a medical reason because I did not have a full plan's worth of treatments left, she refused to give me a dollar amount of what the treatments I had left were worth to see if this was even worth my time. I let her know I was very dissatisfied and that I had already posted a Yelp review. There is more but I am running out of characters. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the treatments I had left. 9 shots and 1 round of medication. They would not tell me to monetary value of these services. I would like their rating to suffer as I learned by reading Yelp that this has happened to other customer's as well. This business is making fraudulent claims to sell services to customers.

Review: On Oct17, 2015 my credit card was charged $649.00 for a program. This "program" was to include shots and a monitored/ guided weight loss diet program. My initial visit to the office left me very uneasy due to the lack of professionalism & quality of the information on the 2 pieces of "informational" papers I was given. Before I committed I made a second visit to speak to the Office manager (currently doesn't work there anymore) regarding my concerns, observations, and the experience of my first visit. He assured me that if I felt "the program" didn't work for me that I could request a refund, that they would easily prorate it based on the amount of shots I had received. I received treatment for about 6-7weeks approx. Then I stopped because I was realizing that the shots were not what they were cracked up to be & Unexpectedly, I had to go out of state which turned into a couple months, before I returned to CA. Shortly thereafter, I contacted the clinic regarding a refund. I was referred to Rawline ( [redacted] to call. When I called her I was met with a very rude & unprofessional person. She was very abrasive & abrupt, despite my claim professional attempt to communicate w/ her. The conversation, if you it could be called that, resulted in her saying she needs to request my chart before she could move forward, & that she would call me back. To this day I have NEVER received a call from her. I made another attempt to call her but to no avail. After a couple months, I called the clinic to speak to the office Mgr, to find out that he didn't work there anymore. 2 weeks later I called back since the current Mgr had not rtn'd my call. I have had several conversations since w/ the current Mgr [redacted], (who is wonderful & very professional), about everything in detail, however her attempts over the last few months to request my chart & find a solution have been disregarded & ignored by Rawline & the owner [redacted] (i also called to no avail)Desired Settlement: I would like a complete copy of my account and chart, as mentioned above has been unattainable. According to [redacted], customers are not charged for this and it is immediately handed to the customer on the spot.

I expect the company to stand by what their office manager at that time promised me. Although, I feel I did not receive or benefit from the "program", I am reasonable, and would accept a prorated credit for the services not provided. I feel I have done my due diligence to resolve this matter, however at this time it is affecting me medically, and I just need someone to assist me. I have exhausted my resources, with the exception of the legal system. It is not the route a prefer to go. I am giving them very opportunity to do the ethical & right thing.

I live 4 hours away now, so even if I wanted treatment (which I DO NOT), it would not be possible.
