Hello, The customer made all changes to the account on their ownThen the changes stayed in place for months and DocuSign provided monthly invoices indicating the cost and plan that their were onThe customer would have also received monthly credit card statements showing all payments made
to usFor these reasons we are willing to give the customer a month refund as a goodwill refund. Thank you***

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: they are lying when they say they only charged my card 4 times.  It was 9 times and I have proof of every charge and have filed a claim with my bank   There are charges for $35, $32.40 and $5 at different times over the 10th and 11th of August.  4 consecutive months would have been 4 x $35 which I did not authorize them to charge.  They fraudulently billed my credit card without my permission.  Whether I owed a balance or not this is not legal Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: My team told me they never made this change. Therefore I believe Docusign changed this account to the premium account on there own. The rep that I spoke to first told me this was possible. I've asked for proof that this account was changed on our end and Docusign said they had no way of showing me. If that's the case than there is no way to know. I have a bookkeeper and she thought this changed was a legitimate, change therefore never said anything to me about it. I don't see the invoice typically nor do I look at the American Express statements. Once I found the problem I immediately called Docusign. We don't use any of the services they provide except the basic so it's very obvious it was never suppose to be changed. I'm willing to continue to use the service but they need to give me more money back. I would agree to half the money credited back. 18 months would be fair. I should have caught the mistake earlier but I've never used one service other than basic. This is proof that this account should have never been changed.
