Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: they are lying when they say they only charged my card times It was times and I have proof of every charge and have filed a claim with my bank There are charges for $35, $and $at different times over the 10th and 11th of August consecutive months would have been x $which I did not authorize them to charge They fraudulently billed my credit card without my permission Whether I owed a balance or not this is not legal Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My team told me they never made this changeTherefore I believe Docusign changed this account to the premium account on there ownThe rep that I spoke to first told me this was possibleI've asked for proof that this account was changed on our end and Docusign said they had no way of showing meIf that's the case than there is no way to knowI have a bookkeeper and she thought this changed was a legitimate, change therefore never said anything to me about itI don't see the invoice typically nor do I look at the American Express statementsOnce I found the problem I immediately called DocusignWe don't use any of the services they provide except the basic so it's very obvious it was never suppose to be changedI'm willing to continue to use the service but they need to give me more money backI would agree to half the money credited backmonths would be fairI should have caught the mistake earlier but I've never used one service other than basicThis is proof that this account should have never been changed Sincerely, [redacted]
