The absolute worst business decision that our company could have made. This system has caused us so much agrivation and much more time that it was promised to save. The document scanner fails to read information correctly. Payments to vendors have been delayed so long that most have threatened to shut off our credit. There are thousands of invoives that have not been paid or even accouned for. They were ill prepared for the amount of paperwork that needed to be processed. There seemed to have been no planning before implementing the sytem. My suggestion would be to steer clear of docushpere !!!!!
