*** *** There are personal reasons Can Am was purchased and titled to *** *** , and his comment about complaining about mileage, the storage building is a stones throw away, iam talking miles, big difference, NOBODY called ANYTIME from Hardings I checked phone logs at Bussiness, this is typical of them to blame customer and not personally accept responsibility , admit fault and not call me a liar, as I said before dozens of people ask where I bought Can Am, you can bet they wont a good review!! I know how to speak the truth!!!
We have reached an agreement with *** ***. We have a release regarding the purchase and repair of the motorcycle which *** *** signed. Please update your records to show this complaint resolved
First, Harding's Park Cycle NEVER sold nor titled a Cto *** *** *** *** did call and leave messages fo* *** ***. *** had our Service Manager call different numbers on occasions trying to communicate with the individual we sold the machine. Our Service
Manager did not speak to the buyer, so *** had our Sales Manager try to reach the person we sold the machine - same result - attempts to different numbers and zero answers.Unfortunately the required part for the repair was backordered which caused the machine to be at the dealership much longer than we anticipated, so the vehicle was driven in and out of our Service Department numerous times which would have caused some of the mileage *** *** complains about. The machine was not ridden on asphalt in an abusive manner. The machine was ridden in the grass/dirt on the dealership property to test ride/quality check the work done by our Service Department and unfortunately we the machine became dirty. Our Service Manager did offer *** *** a complementary detail, but *** *** said the machine had already been cleaned. We are sorry for leaving the machine dirty.Our Service Manager also offered *** *** a complementary service of the machine. This offer is still available
