A few years ago we had carpet installed in our living room and on a circular staircase. Again, great customer service. Margaret was so helpful in suggesting a product that would suit our needs. And installation to perfection!

We had 100% wool carpet from Colin C. "Natures Carpet" installed in our home in 2016 by Dodd & Souter Flooring, Whitby.
There was a "barnyard" smell initially, which became a "manure" smell with increasing humidity and carpet cleaning.
Colin C. replied that the smell was normal and no-one else has complained of this.
We had to remove the carpet due to the smell.
Dodd & Souter offered a discount to replace the carpet. Not acceptable: in effect pay twice for a carpet installation.
A full refund or no cost replacement would have been the proper customer solution.
